President & CEO, Dennis See
Dennis is the President of the Board of Directors and CEO at The Altar International House of Prayer as well as Director of the PAHOP Network. He is a Graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Ok having been licensed and ordained with American Mission Teams from Illinois. He is a Prophetic Psalmist who has recorded and ministered in worship for many years. Passionate about teaching the word of God, he has a heart to see The Tabernacle of David (night and day worship and prayer) established in Pennsylvania and throughout the earth.
Director of Operations, Ralph Egyud
Ralph Egyud has been worshipping Jesus since 1973. After 15 years in retail management, God led him into his current career as a Music teacher in 1993. Active at The Altar since its inception in 2000, Ralph and his wife Sue lead the Sunday morning and evening teams. The morning team has been praying relationally for area churches since July 2009. The evening team has been focusing on prayer for houses of prayer since October 2007. As an outgrowth of this prayer, the Egyuds toured 24 states in the summer of 2011, visiting 43 prayer rooms and connecting with 66 different prayer ministries. One result of this journey is the development of the www.24-7prayerlist.com website, listing up-to-date addresses, phones, websites and contact information for almost 500 prayer ministries in the USA. Their hope is that houses of prayer will use these contacts to build relationships with each other and become one. Ralph also helps organize communications and quarterly events for the Pennsylvania House of Prayer Network (PA HOP NET), which grew partly out of the Sunday evening HOP prayer sessions.

Vice President & Treasurer, Ryan Fitzsimmons
Ryan spent a season in the International House of Prayer, Kansas City in the early years learning the prayer models and serving on a worship team with his violin.
Ryan has been one of the pillars in The Altar IHOP and has been involved in a variety of roles over the years. He as a deep desire for the things of God and to see the Kingdom become a reality.
Pastor Lance Rhoades
Lance Rhoades is pastor of Tree of Life Open Bible Church in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. His spiritual senses were opened after a profound experience shortly after the suicide of his uncle. He has devoted his life to helping people embrace the supernatural in order that they might be set free from negative spiritual forces influencing their lives.
Lance has been called a modern day mystic by many. He has studied dreams and the revelatory realm for over twelve years. His desire is not to get all the credit, but to empower others with the same ability to do what he does. He has released many in their own personal prophetic flow. You will almost always see someone with Lance wherever he is. He takes every opportunity to train others and show them how to activate their spiritual gifts within them.
He is continually looking outside of the box of normal humanity in order to help others experience the divine.
